PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Her/his works include but not limited: 1.Execute Field Service activities such as overhaul, repair and troubleshooting； 2.Provide local technical support to the company’s relevant equipments； 3.Provide internal and external work reports according to company’s standards； 4.Provide 24-hour technical support and equipment problem solution by phone； 5.Report to service manager and conducts regular meeting with service manager to determine service issues to develop continuous customer satisfaction improvement measures on time.； 6.Perform as the site manager to manage the schedule and daily site job； 7.Train customers on operation, maintenance, and some knowledge on spare parts； 8.Promote Company’s Products and Services. 9.Other job assigned by management team. Education Background &ampampamp; Knowledge: 1.Bachelor Degree or Bachelor level. Majored in hydraulic or relevant area. 2.Hydraulic background and knowledge. Working Experience: 1.More than 3 years experiences as filed service engineer, shipyard experience； 2.Marine field, offshore or heavy industry experience is a plus. Skills: 1.Strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency required； 2.Excellent English written and verbal language skills； 3.Self-starter with the ability to work on your own as necessary.
